Chief Minister Digvijay Singh on Saturday emphasised to make comprehensive plan for wasteland development. He emphasised that the various land development programme being implemented in the country should be synergised for maximum effect. The State governments should change their attitude towards land resources so that a proper policy regime could be put in place for waste land development.
