For the first time, Delhi will have a comprehensive transport policy. The policy, which will be announced by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit shortly, will set time-bound goals for the Transport Department. The report however remains silent on the issue of alternative fuels such as Compressed Natural Gas and Liquefied Petroleum Gas.
