Chief Minister Digvijay Singh in his message on World Forestry Day on March 21 has called upon people to generate awareness among themselves towards forest reserves and its significance. He said forests are the unique gift of nature and are the basis of environment proteciton. It is our prime responsibility to protect and develop forests as these are the heritage, he added.
