In a major initiative to curb pollution in the Capital, the Chief Minister of Delhi, Mrs Sheila Dikshit, today flagged off 50 Maruti Omni cabs fitted with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) kits. Mrs Dikshit said that CNG was an eco-friendly fuel and the Delhi Government was keen to introduce CNG in a big way for vehicles to reduce the pollution level.
