The US may be sold on hybrid SUVs, but in India it's the hybrid and alternative fuel 2-wheelers that are all set to scorch the asphalt. After green 3-wheelers and 4-wheelers, India's huge 2-wheeler market will now have some CNG & LPG options. A clutch of big volume twowheeler companies have announced their intention to launch CNG/LPG vehicles. The list includes Bajaj Auto, which recently announced that its CNG & LPG 2-wheeler products will hit the market some time next year. Bajaj is not the only one. Nearly all major twowheeler manufacturers are working on commercially launching LPG & CNG variants.
