RAN : Despite good and concrete policies forwarded by the Nepal government towards community forestry, they fall short while implementing them, Ranger Association of Nepal (RAN), said. The government has implemented the community forestry in full scale in the mountainous areas, but it is showing considerable restraint in its implementation in the Terai, said Achal Kumar Dhungana, Chairman of RAN.
