Providing house-tax payment facility through banks and making the provision of vermi composting pit for all new building complexes compulsory were among the important decisions taken by the Panjim municipal council at its meeting. The meeting also felt that all buildings and residential complexes be told to install anti-malaria lids to their water tanks as a measure to prevent breeding.
