Madhya Pradesh Chief minister Digvijay Singh asserted that a meaningful comprehensive policy needed for development of the wasteland as it could address poverty alleviation problem with generating more employment opportunities. Stressing the need on wasteland development, he said that it could provide employment to people living below the poverty line.
