THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Pampa Action Plan (PAP), which had never really been put to action in the past eight years, will now be co-opted into a larger comprehensive Pampa River Basin Watershed Development Programme which will include within its scope not just the revival of Pampa but also the social and economic development of regions along the river basin. The Draft Action Plan for the programme will be ready by October this year.
