Study : Consumers of petrol in Delhi are of the opinion that the Supreme court ruling on the mandatory sale of "premixed" petrol will not curb adulteration or prevent pollution. the supreme Court ruling will give monopolistic control to petrol pump owners as consumers will not be free to choose the product of their choice.
