The Capital's ambitious flyover projects have run into controversy because the Delhi Urban Arts Commission has objected to government agencies taking their approval for granted and commencing work. Officials of the DUAC complained that while the Public Works Department had begun awarding of work of four flyovers, the Delhi Development Authority has already started work in all its projects.
