State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism Mir Mohammad Nasir Uddin called for greater cooperation among the trans regional countries for overcoming the crises faced by the tourism sectors in this region. Explaining the importance for formation of the Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) the minister said the trans-regional forum was constituted for creating a dynamic and conducive environment for rapid economic development.
