Activists of Adivasi Kshema Samithi (AKS), a pro-CPM tribal outfit, encroached vested forest land at 14 different locations in Kalpetta district of Kerala, today accusing the State Government of retracting from the promise with regard to allotment of cultivable land in lieu of alienated Adivasi land.
