The probe of works carried out under Rajiv Gandhi watershed mission by the Chief Technical Examiner (Vigilance) has made a startling revelation that the works would cease to exist to a short period of just four years. The inquiry has exposed that works were carried out in violatiuon of regulations in three developmental block of Bilaspur district and the speculation in mission activities had rendered it directionless.
