Vyas : Sardar Patel Jayanti, which falls on October 31, will mark the re-launch of construction on the Narmada Dam. And if all goes well, the government feels the project should be ready in two years' time, entailing an expenditure of another Rs 10,000 crore over and above a similar amount spent already.
