The Union Minister for Urban Development, Mr S. Jaipal Reddy, congratulated the DDA over the planned development of Dwarka sub-city, saying that it was an important part of the national Capital. He called upon it to take up development of other sub-cities also and assured full assistance and cooperation of the central government. Delhi was going to be the biggest city of the world and the endeavour would be to make it the most beautiful, he said in an inaugural function of the flyovers and underpass on Palam Road connecting Dwarka.
