In the midst of the lingering chaos, there's hope that the year-long sealing-demolition issue will be finally put at rest by December. Delhi Development Agency (DDA) Vice-Chairman Dinesh Rai said the Master Plan for Delhi 2021 (MPD-2021) would be notified by the year-end, giving a new lease of the life to the urban planning process.
