DDA to send draft Masterplan 2021 to Centre

The DDA has finally completed the formality of submitting the first draft of Delhi's Masterplan 2021 to the Authority today. The Masterplan was today approved by the 20-member advisory council of the Authority in the presence of L-G B.L.Joshi. It will now be sent to the Union Urban Developoment Ministry for clearance in the next 5-6 days, after which it will be notified for objections and suggestions of the public. The final draft of the Masterplan, after the suggestions and objections are invited, will once again return to the Authority before finally being notified by the Ministry.
