DDA umbrage over WB's report

The World Bank's report labelling the Delhi Development Authority as one of the most corrupt organisation in the country seems to have stirred an hornet's nest. A union of DDA has even threatened to go on "indefinite strike", unless the World Bank expunges the remarks of senior bureaucrat, Mr K J Alphonse, against the organisation from the World Development Report 1999-2000.
