The 26-year-old Mahim resident, James Godwin (Maharashtra) who was recently assaulted for complaining about illegal tree-cutting in his area, has now decided to move the high court to ensure qucker BMC action in the case. 'I am not satisfied by the slow progress made by the police and the BMC in taking action against tree cutters', said Godwin.
