The transport department of the Delhi government on Tuesday permitted unrestricted sale of Daewoo passenger cars -- Matiz, Cielo and Nexia-- in the National Capital Region even as the company claims a seven-fold increase in dealership traffic follwing the Supreme Court order on emission norms. A circular issued by the Government in compliance of the Supreme Court verdict has allowed registration of Daewoo vehicles which comply with Euro-I and Euro-II norms without any restrictions.
