After banning registeration of all non-Euro-I compiant cars in the National Capital Region (NCR), the Delhi Government is actively considering a similar move on two-stroke two-wheelers. Sources point out that a Cabinet note banning two-stroke two wheelers in the NCR by January 2000, while allowing four-stroke two wheelers, has already been circulated among mmambers.
