The Delhi government today submitted a review petition in the Supreme Court over the April 29 order that restricts the registration of cars in the National Capital Region(NCR) that do not comply with the Euro I emission.The Delhi government is unclear about how to implement the SC order since there are practical problems which the order does not clarify.
