The Delhi government plans to file a review petition before the Supreme Court asking for some more time to phase out all commercial vehicles older than 15 years. By doing so, it will be taking up cudgels on the behalf of transporters, who have also been planning to file a reivew petition. Earlier this week, the Supreme Court had ordered that all commerical vehicles over 15 years old should be off the Capital's roads by October 2.
