The Delhi High Court on Wednesday stayed a notificaiton by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) banning weddings/functions at farm houses with effect from the new year. A vacation bench while staying the MCD notification ex-perte, issued notices to the MCD and its commissioner.
