The tremors felt in New Delhi at 10.56 p.m. yesterday measured 2.6 on the Richter Scale. The epicentre has located 18 kilometres north-east of Lodhi Road. According to a seismologist in the Indian Meterological Department, Dr S N Bhattacharya Delhi experiences about 20 eathquakes of magnitude 2 and below on the Richter scale, each year.
