The Delhi government has launched an ambitious project to provide quality education to the city's children who do not have access to schools. According to a government estimate, more than three lakh children in the city do not go to schools. The project, Citizens' Mission, is being carried out with the help of a number of non-government organisation. Sources in the Delhi government said that it is the first time that around 35 NGOs have been brought together in an attempt to impart education.
