The draft of Master Plan of Delhi 2021 is likely to be finalised by October this year. The final document will be prepared after taking into consideration the suggestions received from stakeholders and the general public alike. Lieutenant Governor Vijai Kapoor said that the work of drafting of Master Plan of Delhi 2021 was proceeding apace. Twelve sub-groups comprising experts, representatives of general public and departments responsible for provisioning of services and infrastructure have been set up for deliberating on different aspects to be dealt with in the Master Plan.
