The Delhi metro's Barakhamba-Indraprastha section, joining the central hub of the capital with Dwarka in the southwest, has hit a construction roadblock. The construction on this route may overshoot its complete target due to the delay from the power ministry in granting permission to build its corridor over the gas turbine plant of the Indraprastha Gas Power Ltd, a state-owned company.
