Enthused by the success of Metro project, the Delhi government is planning to float a company to execute the high capacity bus network in the Capital. The SPV, on the lines of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, is likely to be incorporated as a subsidiary of DTC. Initial discussions for the SPV have taken place and the Delhi Cabinet will take a final decision soon.
