Kochi Corporation has entrusted the Delhi-based School of Planning and Architecture with the task of preparing a master plan for the development of the Kochi city. There was a long pending demand from urban planners to prepare a master plan for Kochi as the city was facing the hazards of uncontrolled and haphazard development.
