A task force was formed in the presence of chief minister Sheila Dikshit on Tuesday by a Citizen's Mission to ensure that every child in the city goes to school and is educated. The decision was taken at an initiative organised by the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation to bring together voluntary agencies, individuals and governemnt officials to look into the educational needs in the city.
