Delhi should count on rainwater to quench thirst

Delhi should bank on rainwater to quench its thirst says eminent environmentalist and director of the Centre for Science and Environment, a city based environment NGO Anil Agarwal. The two other sources of water for the city, the river Yamuna and ground water are badly depleted.In this situation situation rainwater harvesting stands out as the only option for the city to meet its water needs.
