The Planning Commission has approved an outlay of Rs 26,681 crore for the Delhi government under the Tenth Five Year Plan (2002-07). With this, the state's outlay has become twice the actual Ninth Plan expenditure. Referring to the 24 per cent increase in growth, Dikshit attributed the increase to the good performance of the Delhi government.
