The Delhi government issued a stern warning to the Uttar Pradesh government against stopping Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses in the state. Earlier this week, UP Transport Minister Naresh Agarwal had threatened that DTC buses would not be allowed to ply on UP roads if a formal agreement on plying of the buses between the two states was not reached by August 15. Also, entry in UP will be banned for about 300 DTC buses, plying from Delhi to Noida and Greater Noida.
