Delhi is the most polluted city in the world in terms of suspended particulate matter, according to the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) an independent New Delhi think-tank. But the city's efforts to cut pollution from vehicles in the pubic transport system are being hit by a lack of alternative cleaner fuels.
