Delhi's greenery is in danger! The survival rate of the saplings planted in various parts of the Capital is as low as 40%. A number of trees in the city are too weak to remain standing for long. These trees, estimated to be 5,000 in number, are on the roads, which have not been provided with the necessary six-by-six foot open space around their roots.
