Minister for Panchayat and Rural Development Ajay Singh has asserted that development of wasteland is an opportunity in waiting, as it could generate huge employment opportunities and enhance productivity. Singh was speaking at the inaugural session of a two day workshop on linkage of credit and financial institutions for wasteland development in Bhopal at the Academy of Administration.
