Diarrhoea has claimed one more life in Jharsuguda. Nilamani Mishra of Intabhata area under Brajrajnagar Municipality died of the disease in a local hospital on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday, one Bhudhwari Munda of the area had died of diarrhoea. Over 44 persons have been affected and they are undergoing treatment at the district headquarter hospital. Condition of seven of them is stated to be critical. Sources said most of the diarrhoea cases are being reported from ward no 16 of the Municipality. Ward councillor Indumati Deep said two of three bore-wells in ward no 16 are not working and people are mostly dependent upon a water stream.
