The government on Tuesday rised the price of diesel by almost 33 per cent. The decision was taken by the Oil Coordination Committee following a Union Cabinet meeting. Accordingly, there will be a Rs 3.56 hike in diesel prices in Delhi and an increase of Rs 4.31 per litre in Mumbai.
