The Delhi government has sanctioned approvals to some major projects, including bus terminals, fire stations and subways which had been pending for some time now. The government has sanctioned most of these projects after the election period, while some meetings were being carried out during the elections. According to Delhi government sources, the project for building the Inter State Bus Terminal at Sarai Kale Khan anew, has been sanctioned by the Expenditure Finance Committee of Delhi government. The project, which is worth Rs 97 crore, will be completed by the government.
