The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has joined issue with the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) on its charges of fuel adulteration. A CSE report released last week had said that adulteration was rempant. The quality of diesel and petrol collected indifferent parts of the Nation Capital Region wad found to vary, at times hugely.
