Urban Development and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mohammad Azam Khan approved a district plan of Rs 29 crore for Lucknow for the financial year 2004-05 in Lucknow. The district plan which was sanctioned by the minister during a meeting of planning and monitoring committee is 11% higher than the funds approved for the current fiscal.
