Taking the problem of depleting ground water level seriously, Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has set up a special cell to look after rain water harvesting.Informing Delhi High Court about this through an affidavit, the DJB said that the special cell is functioning under the chief engineer (planning).The DJB affidavit was filed before a division bench comprising Justice Anil Dev Singh and Justice OP Dwivedi, which had directed the DJB to file affidavit detailing its efforts and projects for water harvesting.
