The meeting of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) summoned on Monday to discuss the Draft Master Plan for Delhi 2021 (MPD-21) is likely to be stormy session with various sections expressing their unhappiness with the document. Issues like regularisation of unauthorised colonies, building bye-laws, relocation of industries, transfer of Delhi's land from neighbouring states, urbanisation of rural villages are likely to be raised.
