In an attempt to make the commerical capital pollution-free, the Sheriff of Mumbai, Mr. Kulwant Singh Kohli in association with some non-government organisations, transport associations and transport department will launch a comprehensive anti-pollution drive involving mass awareness programme for drivers of commerical vehicles from April 16.
