Delhi and UP locked horns over Sonia Vihar again. Four months after UP cut supply to 140-MGD water treatment plant, the two states have still not been able to sign an MoU. In another meeting called by power secretary R Y Shahi, officials from UP and Delhi will once again sit across the table on Thursday and try to work out some arrangement.
