Moving beyond constructing houses and roads, the DDA is now, in an environment-friendly move, working on reviving all defunct drains in the Capital. Vice-Chairman Madhukar Gupta says they have handed over the first pilot project in Dwarka to TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute)
