Encouraged by the success of e-Seva centres in the twin cities, the Andhra Pradesh State Government has decided to extend the 'one-stop-shop' service to the surrounding nine municipalities. As the city and its surroundings municipalities are growing in a haphazard manner, the chief minister said, it has become necessary to evolve a proper urban planning strategy as otherwise the ongoing tree plantation and other developmental works will serve little purpose.
