Ecuador's Environment Ministry has temporarily suspended pipeline builder OCP Ecuador SA's license until it repairs damages near a protected forest, an official said this week. This Andean nation is counting on a new $1.1 billion pipeline to more than double its crude transport capacity to 850,000 barrels per day and flood government coffers with fresh oil revenues.
